Notice must be given to the administrative office in the event of a withdrawal. Non-attendance is not accepted as a cancellation notice from any class or program. Refunds or credits will not be issued for missed classes. 

Classes missed due to illness may be made up in a comparable class within the current term dates. 

We follow the Transylvania County School District for all closings due to inclement weather. 

Ballet: Pink or tan ballet tights with leotard and ballet slippers. Hair must be neatly secured in a bun. Ballet skirts are optional. 

Tap: Leotard with any form fitting bottoms (tights, shorts, or leggings) and tap shoes. Hair must be neatly secured in a ponytail. 

Jazz: Leotard with any form fitting bottoms (tights, shorts, or leggings) and jazz shoes. Hair must be neatly secured in a ponytail. 

Modern: Leotard with any form fitting bottoms (tights, shorts, or leggings) and bare feet. Hair must be neatly secured in a ponytail. 

Musical Theater: Leotard with any form fitting bottoms (tights, shorts, or leggings) and jazz shoes. Hair must be neatly secured in a ponytail. 

Hip-Hop: Any appropriate athleisure with sneakers (preferably not with black bottoms to protect our studio floors from scuffs). Hair must be neatly secured in a ponytail.

Carolina Dance Collective reserves the right to cancel or combine classes in the event of low registration/attendance. Class schedules are subject to change. 

The director or teaching staff reserve the right to transfer a student from their class to an appropriate class if they feel the student is not meeting the criteria and requirements or the level, and/or will benefit more in a newly assigned class.

For the safety of all students, all nuts and nut-related products are strictly prohibited on the premises and at all functions where students are in attendance, ie: dress rehearsal and performances. 

Please do not bring valuables to the studio. We cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen items or items left on our premises. 

Only water bottles are allowed inside the dance studios, no beverages of any other kind and no food. 

Children must be supervised at all times in the waiting areas, dressing rooms, and bathrooms.
